3D Printed Fork Guards

The fork guards shown here were 3D printed by a Dragonfly owner who wanted the design to benefit the community.  

They are lightweight (only 67 grams each) and much more practical than the neoprene type that does not allow full fork travel.

The material is TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) which exhibits the characteristics of both plastic and rubber.  TPU has excellent strength as well as being flexible and durable.

Four metal bushings are needed.  They measure 6 mm ID x 10 mm OD x 8 mm long.  Search AliExpress for “M6 aluminum spacer.”  Of course, longer fender (mudguard) fasteners are also required.
